By accessing or using YoloGo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
YoloGo is a marketplace platform that connects businesses with content creators for advertising and promotional purposes. We facilitate transactions but are not a party to the agreements between businesses and creators.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Creators receive 90% of the booking amount. YoloGo retains a 10% platform fee. Payments are held in escrow until the booking is completed. Payouts are processed within 48 hours of completion.
Users must not post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.
Bookings may be cancelled by businesses before work begins for a full refund. Once a creator has started work, refunds are subject to the specific terms of the booking agreement.
YoloGo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past twelve months.
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of YoloGo after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
